

Hello My name is Abraham and this is my daily routine on how to stay fit. First you gonna see I usually go run and do at least 3 to 5 miles every 3 to 7 days this help you burn fat and calories and has many health benefits. Then I go to the gym to improve my muscle. Strength is always important to hit some weight where it can help you prevent injury's and help your functional ability and during this video I worked my back.

Having a good diet is always important to maintain the weight you want, so for me I started my day off with 5 eggs which has 30 grams of protein with 2 blue berry protein pancakes having 18 gram of protein, then ending it with a Greek yogurt having 15 grams of proteins. Which is a total of 63 grams of protein. all this has 550 calories which is good for high protein and low calories.

I end my day off with 12 ounce of ground turkey which has 81 grams of protein and 400 calories. Not gonna lie to yall it gets nasty and boring eating it every day but its worth the results so having a good diet is very important. Which also helps you improve your mental health and physical health.


So this is my pre work out I take everyday. It helps me boost my energy and make me stay focus these do have some side effect like increase blood pressure and can cause heart attack but if you take it once a day you will be fine and these do help a lot during the gym so if you are young you are chilling.

In overall Fitness is very important in human life which helps us in our weight lost, mental health, healthy heart and sleep and set our mind to become stronger everyday knowing you becoming a better version of your self everyday.
